The TERRA CHORALIS concert series is a true "continent of choir singing". In connection with the legendary land of choir singing, Latvia, it is a vocal music initiative par excellence. On November 15, 2019, choir music from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Switzerland will be celebrated at the TERRA CHORALIS [CH-EE-LV-LT] concert.
The concert program demonstrates the tradition and richness of baltic and swiss choir music, as well as the creativity of the composers. A total of twelve songs from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Switzerland will be performed. The concert includes compositions from Vaclovas Augustinas, Ēriks Ešenvalds, Jēkabs Jančevskis, Juris Karlsons, Burkhard Kinzler / Johannes Brahms, Anita Mieze, Arvo Pärt, Veljo Tormis, Pēteris Vasks, Kurt Widorski, Helena Winkelman
