The London Book Fair Welcomes Delegation From Latvia

12th–14th March, the London Book Fair is taking place, and Latvian literature will be represented with a national exhibition stand for the sixth year in a row.

The exhibition of historical records “We want to be free, we will be free!” is dedicated to the formation of the State of Latvia in the context of showing neighbouring countries Lithuania and Estonia, as well as Poland and Finland, which were founded or reinstated after World War One and also celebrate their centenaries in 2017–2018.

Baltic Triennial 13 - GIVE UP THE GHOST

BT13 – GIVE UP THE GHOST launches its third and final chapter at Kim? Contemporary Art Centre, Riga on Friday 21 September. Baltic Triennial 13 is the biggest contemporary art event taking place in Riga as a part of Latvia’s Centennial and restored Lithuania’s and Estonia’s celebration.
